Return & Refund Policy
At Ikhlax, we believe in honesty, fairness, and trust values rooted in our faith. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
1. Defective or Damaged Product
If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- We will cover the return shipping cost.
- The item will be exchanged for a new one (refund not applicable in this case).
- Photos or video proof may be required for verification.
2. Returns or Exchanges (No Defect)
If you want to return or exchange the item without any defect:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Customer will cover the return shipping fee.
3. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
4. Return Shipping Options
You can return the item using either option:
- Self Return: Ship the product to our return address (we will provide it when processing your request).
- Courier Pickup: We can arrange pickup through our courier partner from your location.
If the return is not due to a defect, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
- If the product meets return conditions, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued after inspection.
- Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item is defective, we will exchange it free of charge.
- If exchange is requested without defect, shipping charges may apply.
7. Size Exchanges
We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
- Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days.
- Product must meet all return conditions.
- Shipping cost may apply.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
- Customized or altered products
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
